    14 January 2022

    IRUS item and platform (repository) widgets are now available for wider use. These widgets enable you to easily embed IRUS stats into your repository and website. Further details and a demonstrator are available under the Embed tab.

    IRUS is delighted to report that we have worked with Ex Libris and are now supporting a new platform: Esploro. The first repository in IRUS using this platform is the University of Surrey's "University of Surrey's Research Portal".

    We are pleased to share the news that IRUS has recently integrated with DSpace. The IRUS Tracker has now officially been merged into the DSpace 7 codebase and will be part of the next Beta 4 release.

    As part of open access week Jisc wrote a blog post on how it is committed to accelerating the transition to open access and open research and IRUS is highlighted. Read more in the Jisc blog post "Open with purpose".

    5 May 2020

    Jisc and LYRASIS form new partnership in May 2020. IRUS-US is the first service to bring together standards-based usage statistics of participating repositories in the US. Read more in the Jisc news item: "Jisc and LYRASIS help US universities and research organisations gather new usage insights".

    Covid-19. At IRUS we have created a table showing the usage of coronavirus related content, featuring items in the IRUS family of services: IRUS-UK; CORE; IRUS-ANZ; and IRUS-US.
